Two familiar faces of the Australian theatre scene, Sally Bourne and Susan Ann Walker, perform the final Afternoon Delight show for the Riverlinks 2021 season.
A Very Aussie Christmas is a heart-warming celebration of all the great Aussie Christmas traditions new and old! Performing on Thursday 16 December, audiences will be ready to fire up the BBQ, slapping on sunblock and ready to dish out a plate of Christmas trifle – but songs about snow are definitely a no go!
Manager Riverlinks Venues Ken Cameron said the two were Australian Musical Theatre legends and have been treading the boards of Australia and the UK for more than 30 years.
“The charming Susan Ann Walker and Sally Bourne always put a collective grin on the face of the audience, the show will be a fun filled afternoon to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. The perfect show to return in-person entertainment and complete the 2021 season.”
There will be Aussie Christmas gift up for grabs for those who come prepared to share a classic Christmas Cracker joke!
Part of the Afternoon Delights series, a complimentary afternoon tea pack will be available to ticket holders after the show.
