Join us for a performance with more than 20 hit songs from one of the greatest Broadway and London West End composers of the last 50 years. Ian Stenlake and Michelle Fitzmaurice perform the creative styles of Lord Andrew Webber and his musical influences for the upcoming Afternoon Delights performance.
Ian Stenlake has most recently been the leading man in The National Tour of Mamma Mia – the ABBA Musical. He was also the leading man in Sea Patrol for Channel 9. Joining Ian will be award-winning music theatre singer and actress Michelle Fitzmaurice and together they will bring to life the creative genius of Andrew Lloyd Webber and many of his musical influences.
The duo will be performing at Riverlinks Eastbank on Wednesday 16 March, 2.00pm.
Riverlinks Manager Ken Cameron said Lloyd Webber has become undoubtedly one of the most popular and successful theatrical composer of the past 50 years with a string of hit shows.
“Some way or another everyone would have heard or seen a Lloyd Webber show, he is the creative mind behind Cats, Phantom of the Opera, Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita, The Lion King, just to name a few of his mega musicals,” Mr Cameron said.
“It is a delight, to have both Ian and Michelle perform this wonderful variety show as part of the Afternoon Delights Series.”
